Services

Twin Cities Concrete Demolition provides concrete demolition and removal services in the Minneapolis and northern Twin Cities metro area. All services are subject to:

  • Availability and scheduling
  • On-site assessment and final quote approval
  • Valid Minnesota contractor's license and insurance
  • Compliance with local building codes and regulations

Estimates

Free estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding until a written agreement is signed. Estimates are approximate and subject to change after on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typical terms include deposit requirements and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during project consultation.

Scheduling

All scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. We make every effort to meet agreed-upon timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may require schedule adjustments.

Service Area

We primarily serve North Minneapolis and northern suburbs including Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Robbinsdale, Crystal, New Hope, Golden Valley, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Anoka, and Spring Lake Park. Service availability outside this area is subject to confirmation.

Liability

Twin Cities Concrete Demolition is fully licensed and insured. We carry appropriate liability insurance for all demolition work. Detailed insurance information is available upon request. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our service agreement.
